The
MT Guarantee

We back everything that goes out
of our store with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied, let us know. We will have
one of our trained professionals assess the issue
and do what is necessary to fix the problem.
What happens
if I get my cartridge home and it doesn’t work?
There is a natural 1% failure rate
on cartridges that have never been filled. With this
in mind we expect to have a few people return and
for that we apologize. If your cartridge doesn’t work
on the first try bring it back and we'll get it working
and get you printing.
Why not a
cash back guarantee?
Remember there is a natural 1%
failure rate on cartridges. We don’t offer a money
back guarantee because we are determined to make certain
our customers are satisfied. Unfortunately there is
no way of knowing when the electronics will give out
on a cartridge. If we don’t catch the failure before
the cartridge leaves we will make it right with you.
Refilling works. Let us prove it to
you.
Tips to get
multiple, successful refills and prevent future issues.
- Don’t run the cartridge completely out of ink.
Remove it from the printer shortly after you get
a "low ink" message or you notice streaky
printing.
- Never put tape on your cartridge. Tape does not
offer protection - tape leads to contamination.
- Do not abuse the cartridge in any way (don’t squeeze,
drop, throw or shake).
- Carry your cartridge with the print-head facing
up.
- Place the cartridge in the printer as soon as
you get home.
- If the cartridge is not going to be used in your
printer right away, purchase a protective clip from
us for $.99 to prevent the nozzles from drying out.
- Do not touch the electronics or the print head.
- Keep your cartridge at room temperature.
- Print at least once a week with color and black.
